We have 4 bungalows that we rent out for vacations, bringing an income to Kupu-Kupu Foundation but more importantly providing work opportunities for people with disabilities. This work enables disabled people to gain skills and confidence serving guests and the ability to take home a salary.
The bungalows are on the street Kajeng Jalan in Ubud - at the very end where the road ends - accross the bridge where there is a slope. Take the tiny path that goes between rice paddies to reach the bungalows.
You can be sure of a quiet and peaceful stay here and at the same time the center of Ubud is not far away. Coming along the countryside path to reach our bungalows you will feel the great beauty of the environment and the landscapes are spectacular.
On the ground floor is an open space to sit quietly and relax. The traditional bungalow has a thatched roof with a bedroom and double bed on the upper floor and ensuite bathroom.
Rp 200,000 per night with breakfast.
A classic bungalow is bright and cool and it has a spacious double sized room with one double and one twin bed and ensuite bathroom.
Rp 100,000 to Rp 150,000 per night with breakfast.
As the bungalows are traditionally built they are supplied with with cold water to help you cool down after the warm day. In our bungalows you will love the natural environment - enjoy the coconut trees, water, rice fields, the sky, the views of the volcanoes, the sound of birds, the sound of water, the colors on all sides ... a gift to all the senses! Next door there is an organic vegetable garden - from the road to the bungalows follow a lovely path for about an hour winding between paddy fields, coconut groves and streams. And don't miss out on eating a fresh coconut from the local hut on the way!
